JOSEPH MICHAEL DAVIS

Joseph M. (Mike) Davis, Ph.D., is a tenured faculty member of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a successful real estate investor, developer, appraiser and consultant. His expertise has been solicited by constituents in over thirty-five states on real estate and tax matters including federal and state agencies, several Fortune 500 companies and major airlines. Dr. Davis has provided services related to real estate licensing testing and examinations, valuation rules and regulations for multi-state publicly traded companies, models for the sale and lease of state lands, equalization matters for property taxation, and land fraud issues.
Dr. Davis holds a Ph.D. in real estate from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Texas A&M University. He also served in the U.S. Navy Supply Corps. The publications which he has authored relate primarily to real estate and corporate valuation and analysis. He is a sought-after international speaker with numerous engagements.
